Privacy notice
This page explains what Ingenious Design Studio collects when you visit this website or send us a kitchen request, why, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to design, price and deliver your kitchen.
- Visit log. When you open a page, our server records the page path (with any private link token removed), your IP address, the country and city our hosting provider derives from it, your browser, device and operating system, and the site you came from. Failed bot checks are logged too. We do not use cookies to track you.
- Your contact details. Your name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email and address.
- Map pin. Only the pin you place yourself when you book a visit. We do not track your location in the background.
- Your answers. Your answers to the kitchen questionnaire, and any photos you upload.
- Payment proof. The InstaPay name and phone number you enter, and the screenshot you upload.
Why we use it
We use your details to prepare your quote and design, to book and confirm site visits, to contact you about your request, and to take payment for visits. The visit log helps us keep the website secure and understand how it is used. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Visit log: 90 days.
- Unfinished drafts: deleted after 30 days with no activity.
- Your private request link: expires 90 days after your last activity while the request is open or payment is pending, and 30 days after the request is closed.
- Closed requests (won, lost or cancelled): anonymised after 24 months. Your contact details and files are removed; we keep only the kitchen answers, without your identity, for statistics.
- Call-back, contact and collaboration requests: the name, phone, email and message you send us are used only to reply to you, and deleted 24 months after we close the request.
Who can see it
Studio staff only. Studio administrators see requests, and their accounts are protected by two-factor sign-in.
We use these services to run the website. They handle data on our behalf: Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email) and Cloudflare Turnstile (bot check).
Deletion and corrections
To ask us to delete or correct your data, email us info@ingenious-ds.com.
We handle personal data in line with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
